When I was early in my career, I had the opportunity to be called into great rooms and sit at great tables, although I didn’t feel that I belonged there. I was fearful to use my voice and the gifts and talents that God gave me.
Some advice: If God placed you in a room or around a table that appears too large for you, believe that he has you there for a reason, even if it’s just to glean. Keep showing up and keep gleaning.
